ILI collects personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise only as you choose to give it to us via an application form, electronic mail message, phone call, facsimile, or postal mail. Even when you choose to give us personal information, we keep it confidential. We share personal information in strict confidence only with those who require it to carry out the services we offer. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information.
We will disclose student performance results to third parties only under three conditions:

the student initiates the request and gives us his or her permission to do so;

the third party is a parent or legally responsible guardian of a minor student who has paid for the student's instruction; or
-
the third party is a government or corporate sponsor who has paid for the student's instruction.
Such requests for reports to third parties must be presented in writing to the ILI registrar.
Our Internet server collects information about the date and time in which our web site was accessed and the address of the web site from which a visitor linked to our site. From time to time we analyze our web traffic to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the web sites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available to us.
